Blade Runner: Intellectual's love story

I like Blade Runner but once is enough, maybe twice.
I never understood why this love story was idolized by so many intellectuals who wrote papers and essays finding hypothesis that are hard to accept.
So I'l dare say that the top scene, when Deckard finds Rachel sleeping and kiss her, is a cliché sleeping beauty situation
Next, Deckard finds the origami and remember the unicorn that appears coming like a white horse. Is he a prince?

Quotes:

Tyrell: "More human than human" is our motto.

Roy Batty: Quite an experience to live in fear, isn't it? That's what it is to be a slave.

Rachael: Are these questions testing whether I'm a replicant or a lesbian, Mr. Deckard?
Remember Deckard shaking and pushing Rachel against the wall? If you like it it is your problem but this is my advise:  "Run Rachael, run."
Did once will do it again. This was their first kiss.
Deckard is an ex-killer is said at the beginning, He kills replicants, do they count?
